Puesto
Establish fluid communication with other areas of the Group, ensuring the exchange of information necessary to achieve an accurate accounting record of transactions.
Establish the necessary circuits so that documents concerning transactions carried out by the Company can be received, analysed and recorded appropriately in accounting systems and third party auxiliary accounts.
Supervise the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements for the company, and analyse the financial-accounting information generated, so as to ensure a correct service quality to other areas of the group.
Manage and guarantee the integrity of internal controls to ensure compliance with commercial regulations and the Group’s internal regulations.
Adequately plan procedures for monthly, quarterly and annual closes so as to comply with all the schedules for closing established by the Group.
Lead a team of approximately 15 people of different nationalities.
Plan and control the preparation of all of the documentation required by the Group and by legislation in force in both Spain and Algeria.
Supervise audits, tax inspections and relations with different internal and external bodies.
Participate in the standardisation and optimisation of accounting procedures and administrative accounting support systems.
Perfil
Business degree (preferably specialising in accounting or auditing). Mastery of IFRS.
Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions, preferably in oil companies.
English: TOIEC 700.
French: average-advanced level.
Knowledge of SAP will be valued.
