Within the Global Operations Planning and Performance Team the job holder will be accountable of the following :
Support to the EU and Row Project Delivery Manager in the performance management of Sales Projects in the region.
Support to Global Asset Management Manager in the performance management of EU and Row Assets.
Deliver the Annual Operating Plan for the EU/RoW Project Delivery & EU/RoW Assets Teams.
Set clear and measurable targets for the Project Delivery and Assets Teams.
Standardize performance tracking for Sales Global Projects.
Track the status of performance vs. targets, early identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts and status reports including the performance contract elements.
On an interim basis the position will provide support to North America projects and Assets Managers.
Perfil
This position requires a minimum of 5 - 7 years direct experience with renewable energy projects and minimum 4 years experience in Performance management.
Excellent in economic evaluation and investment analysis and assurance procedures.
Proven experience in financial reporting and forecasting practices.
Demonstrated experience in cost control.
This position requires Economics or Business Administration Degree; advanced business degree desired.
Strong background and understanding of Financial Statements : Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with limited direct support.
Must possess team work, influencing, networking & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels and across organization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
High level of energy and enthusiasm towards new challenges.
Very strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
